My boyfriend and I have been staying in Monticello for a few weeks, and this place has been like our safe haven. The coffee is always made with love and they have some unique beverage options, like specialty soda floats! This is the place where all the locals come, so it truely has that wonderful home town feel. In the back are some sweet gifts. I would highly recommend!

I love coming every other weekend with friends during the winter and early spring. Great atmosphere, friendly employees and great food. Highly recommend it.
A cute coffee shop in downtown Monticello. Electric City offers a wide variety of items on their menu, from coffee to smoothies and from snacks to meals. The atmosphere inside reminds you of a mix between an antiques shop and a craft store, with candles and birdhouses and other arts & crafts for sale. The staff is very friendly as well, especially when you aren't exactly sure what you would like. Come in for the coffee when you need a kick and stay to browse and chat.
Welcoming atmosphere, delicious scones, and friendly hosts! Stopped here on my way to Alabama for some tea and Wi-Fi. Sweet artsy coffee shop feel and the menu looked great, too.
