This place was alot worse then that health center that is located near that place.
And today i notice cavities on my tooth on the upper right underneath them that looks like it's been there for awhile, So yeah this place did not even bother to remove the cavities or even let me know i had them. Because they were too busy gloating at me and speaking to me with sarcasm and treating me like a pushover
This was my first visit to this office. I had chipped a back tooth and the filling had fallen out. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling for it, despite being a new patient. The office staff was very friendly. Dr. Carney is personable and professional. He went over the x-ray with me, discussed possible problems with an adjacent tooth, and what he was going to do on this visit. When I indicated that I was a little fearful about pain, he was understanding and did the best he could to minimize my discomfort. He did not talk during the procedure, which I appreciated (I'd rather my dentist pay attention to what he is doing rather than provide patter and entertainment). I don't like going to the dentist, but this was one of my better experiences, and I will be returning to have additional work done--although I was not pressured in any way to make any future appointments, it was my choice. I recommend this dentist.
This was my first visit to Dr. Carney. I broke a tooth and was able to get in to see him 24 hours after calling. I consider this exceptional since I was a new patient. His staff is friendly and efficient. The whole experience was pleasant and painless. Even though my tooth could not be saved, I was offered numerous processes as a solution. If you are looking for a caring dentist, at an affordable price, Dr. Carney should be at the top of your list.
I don't get why this place had so many good reviews the staff were terrible and not to mention they gloated at me with the way my teeth looked and i sensed sarcasm within the way they spoke to me (especially that female dentist) , but i guess this place is for normal people not people with autism and any other like that, So i had green stuff stuck in between my teeth which at first i thought it was just food stuck then now i realize what it really was, That crap they have where they numb your throat well their 2 times i choked from the effects of it and that nurse who speaks to me with so much rude sarcasm tells me you're alright, you're alright, no i wasn't my previous dentists in other towns I went to were alot better than this place, Not to mention they treated me good. but this place isn't that way when they learned i have autism they begin treating me like a pushover so after the second time i been there, I refuse to go back again for a third time, They said they got rid of the green junk (can't remember the name) but they did not get rid of it it was still there, also That filling they put on my tooth didn't last long compared to to the filling i got from this dentist in crawfordville back in 2002 which lasted 2 or 3 years. It was also annoying that Carney who had his stomach almost touching my ear his stomach kept making choooor noises and that was verbally piercing to me, I imagine if you're born normal then you'll be treated well here, but if you have autism like i do or anything else like that, Then you're in for a big disapointment.
